Conference and Banqueting

The Ironbridge Gorge is the setting for one of the UK’s unique, most diverse and stimulating conference and events venues.

The Ironbridge Gorge was the scene for some of the most creative thinking in the history of the industrial revolution, a process symbolised here by the worlds first cast iron bridge, now it’s the setting for creative thinking for the future.

The Museums in the UNESCO World Heritage Site offer a wide variety of facilities for your event. With all sites managed by The Ironbridge Gorge Museum Trust, and dedicated staff who will tailor the options available to make your event a success – why choose anywhere else?

Coalbrookdale boasts a selection of varied corporate venues from The Engine Shop – a Grade II listed Victorian building that can seat up to 300, to the Glass Classroom – a light, airy, contemporary meeting room.

Blists Hill Victorian Town is a recreated working Victorian town covering an area of 52 acres and offers a range of exciting and unique possibilities for event organisers.

Specialist event venues for enthusiasts and guests with special interests may wish to make use of our corporate facilities at Coalport Museum, Museum of Iron or Museum of the Gorge.
