Presentations and talks with question and answer sessions are offered on the key study areas of Marketing, Customer Service and Human Resources. Using Ironbridge Gorge Museum as an example of a successful leisure and tourism venue students are able to look at all aspects of how the organisation functions as a business, its key employees and departments and how it relates to the wider tourism world.

A presentation is available on the Impact of the Museum on the local community including; carrying capacity issues, visitor numbers, visitor management, transport, car parking, seasonal variations etc
