Customer Comment Card Prize Draw Rules
- This is a FREE ENTRY monthly Prize Draw for UK residents ages 18 years and over only.
- The Draw will run from 1st January 2010 to 31st January 2011.
- A winning card will be chosen by an independent person on the last working day of each month.
- To enter, place a fully completed Customer Comment Card which included full name and address into the collection boxes, or send in a completed, no purchase necessary card (available at all Ironbridge Gorge Museum sites) to: Prize Draw, The Ironbridge Gorge Museum Trust, Coach Road, Coalbrookdale, Telford, Shropshire TF8 7DQ.
- Only one card per household, per month will be accepted.
- Please note employees of The Ironbridge Gorge Museum Trust are exempt from this Draw.
- The prize is a pair of adult tickets to the Ironbridge Gorge Museums.
- Winners will be notified by post within 28 days of the draw. Winners name and county will be available 28 days after the Draw – please send an SAE to the above address.
- The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
